Welcome to bubbl (enterthebubbl.com). By using our mobile app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and the End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

bubbl is available globally. While there are no strict age restrictions, we recommend users be 13 years or older in line with data protection best practices.

2. Account Registration

You may sign up using an email and password or Sign in with Apple. You must provide accurate information including your name, job title, and Instagram handle. By registering, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and the EULA.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit (e.g., your portfolio card). You must not post or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.

4. Matching and Messaging

bubbl helps creatives connect by providing matched users with each other's Instagram handles. All further communication takes place outside the app and is not monitored by us.

5. Reporting and Moderation Tools

Users can now report other users for inappropriate or abusive behavior. While users cannot unmatch or block others within the app, reports are reviewed seriously. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts, at our sole discretion.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to bubbl without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms, our EULA, or submission of objectionable or abusive content.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, and design belong to Maya Hoch or respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the app's content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for interactions or outcomes resulting from connections made through the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bubbl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or interactions with other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.

12. End User License Agreement (EULA)

By using bubbl, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app;
• Sell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the app or its content;
• Use the app in violation of any law or regulation.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Maya Hoch or respective licensors.

Violation of this license may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
